As the new church year begins, the Bubbas talk about the texts for the First Sunday of Advent. We host the return of the Antrim Mennonite Singers performing the great gospel classic, composed by Jeremiah Rankin in 1880, Till We Meet Again.

On a personal note, there's a reason our show begins each week with Momma Told Me, by Frank Enea; both of us love and value what our mothers have given us -- life, love, and a swift whack on the backside, dispensed as needed. Delmer's momma, Dorothy Hubbard Chilton, went home to be with the Lord this week and our hearts are with all the family. There will be stirring and fitting tributes offered to Delmer's momma; we add this week's closing song in memoriam for a fine, Christian woman.
