The Second Sunday of Easter, Year C

For this Second Sunday in Easter, John and Delmer are discussing a couple of "alternate" preaching plans. No disrespect to "Doubting Thomas," but we kinda felt in a "been there, done that" mood and are cooking up two schemes using the readings from Acts and Revelation. Tune on in if you're interested!

'Tis the Second Sunday in Lent (or near abouts) and the Bubbas are continuing their new series, "Preaching the Gospel for Lent." Today's comments feature "the fox" -- aka, King Herod -- and the chicks in the henhouse (Jesus coming to Jerusalem to save us all!)

Lectionary Lab Live: Introduction to Preaching for Lent

This is the introduction to a new series of podcasts, "Preaching the Gospel for Lent." We have a new format, approximately 15 minutes in length each week, that will stick mainly to the gospel portion of the text and focus on ideas for preaching. We hope you'll like it.
